- 2 small bananas frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop kiyomee chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter ( or any nut butter)
- 1 tablespoon lsa (linseed sunflower almond meal)
- A little honey
Blend, pour into a bowl
Top with
- Chia seeds
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh kiwi fruit
- Fresh banana
- Granola
Alternatively you can change toppings to
- Fresh banana

- Shredded coconut

- Drizzle of honey
