Empty packet contents into a mixing bowl.

Pour the melted coconut oil, nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) over the packet contents and mix well with hands until a sticky dough-like consistency is reached.

If the mixture seems dry, simply add another tablespoon of coconut oil or butter. 

Roll mixture into halls (makes approximately 24 protein balls).

Get creative Roll your protein balls in desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, crushed nuts or seeds for some extra yumminess!

Set and store your protein balls in an airtight container inside the fridge or freezer.
