These delicious treats will keep you feeling fuller longer, they are a great source of healthy fats combined with protein powder.
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup runny coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup runny coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup pure cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops of @kiyomee.blends chocolate protein powder
  • 100g sugar free white chocolate
  • 5-6 gluten free 'Oreos,' crumbled up
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine your base ingredients until completely smooth. Mix well!
2. Flatten this mixture into a lined deep slice tin, and pop into the fridge while you make your topping.
3. Prepare your 'Oreos' by chopping them up into small pieces/crumbs and pop into a bowl.
4. Melt your white chocolate of choice until runny and free from lumps (in 10 second microwave intervals or over low heat on the stove)
5. Pour your chocolate over the base of your slice, then quickly sprinkle on your crushed biscuits before the chocolate sets. Place the whole slice back into the fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
Chop into pieces and enjoy!!
