This easy strawberry bliss smoothie bowl is a simple and sweet treat! It’s a healthy Paleo breakfast or snack made with only a few ingredients, and you can add whichever toppings your heart desires to customise to your taste.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop unflavoured collagen
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lsa ( linseed sunflower almond meal ) 
  • A little honey

Blend, pour into a bowl

Top with

  • Chia seeds
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Shredded coconut
  • Granola
