- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop unflavoured collagen
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon lsa ( linseed sunflower almond meal )
- A little honey
Blend, pour into a bowl
Top with
- Chia seeds
- Fresh strawberries
- Shredded coconut
- Granola
